All of the products are fresh, and the kitchen follows the cycle of the seasons. The a la carte menu runs about 25 € not including wines, of which we have a vast assortment of red, white and dessert wines with domestic labels.

Among the fish starters we find:
- "Polenta" (corn meal mush) and small shrimp
- Fried shrimp and vegetables
- Spider crabs with lemon

Moving on to first courses we find:
- Shrimp and garden rocket risotto
- "Tagliolini" (fine noodles) with spider crabs
- Venetian style pasta and bean soup

Second courses include:
- Greek-style turbot
- Grilled shrimp
- Liver "alla veneziana" (with chopped onions) with "polenta" (corn meal mush)
- Salmon escalope with pink pepper.

From the meat menu we recommend:
- Parma ham and melon (seasonal)
- "Tagliatelle" (noodles) with meat sauce
- Filet with mushrooms
